Jeff’s Success Story
March 4, 2012
Having tried numerous diets, with little or no success, I was highly discouraged and had pretty much come to terms that I was going to be obese the rest of my life.
In August 2011 I weighed 459 lbs, so I decided to try some over the counter “weight loss pills.” A month later I had gained another 10 lbs, and my weight was 469 lbs. I looked into weight-loss surgery but I chose to look around for other solutions. That’s when I found Ameri-Cal Weight Clinic and Dr Weiland.
I began Dr Weiland’s program at the end of September 2011. I followed his diet and exercise program, at first walking 1-2 times a day for 15-20 mins each time + riding an exercise bike for 15-20 min a day. Five weeks later I had lost over 25 lbs. Today I continue to follow the program, along with my monthly check-in with Dr Weiland. I am losing weight!!
By Christmas 2011 I had lost over 80 lbs. As of March 4th 2012 I’m down to 361 lbs, that’s 108 lbs gone in less than 6 months! A year ago if you asked me if I could have lost the weight, I would have laughed. I set small, realistic goals: 20 lbs every 2 months, with any extra weight I lose in that time just giving me more encouragement – “this can done, I will lose the weight.”
Dr. Weiland and Ameri-Cal have helped me regain my life,
Thank you,
Jeff Thomas

Jenna’s Success Story

Already lost 139 pounds! | ||

Starting Weight: | 299 pounds | August 30, 2001 |
Current Weight: | 160 pounds | September 27, 2003 |
Weight lost to date: | 139 pounds | September 27, 2003 |
Goal Weight: | 160 pounds | December 1, 2003 |
Experiencing weight gain after the birth of her children, Jenna managed to lose the extra weight only after the birth of her first child. After the second and third child, the weight piled on, and Jenna reached her highest weight at 299.8 pounds. Following Weight Watchers, and now with Phen and a diet and lifestyle suited to her needs, she has managed to lose over 130 pounds.
“Growing up, I was never over weight. In fact I was very athletic and fit. After the birth of my first child I gained over 100 pounds. It took only a year and I worked it all off, (without phentermine). After the birth of my second child I gained weight again. But I only lost half of the weight. By the time my third baby was born I had gained an additional 110 pounds. I never even saw it coming. Suddenly, I was 299.8 pounds. And I certainly wasn’t athletic or fit. So, I got into the Weight Watchers program. I couldn’t find a doctor that thought I needed Phen or any other weight loss aide. So I struggled along with WW. I lost 90 pounds with them. But after that the losses just never came. I began yo-yoing. I read a book that described ME to a “T” as far as my eating habits and weight loss were concerned. So, I began to follow the book’s theory about sugars, processed foods and carbs. It isn’t the Atkins way, but similar. Anyway… It began to work. But I couldn’t resist the cravings, and eventually would fall back. I knew this diet plan was for me, but I didn’t know how I was going to get past the cravings for sugar. It wasn’t even about willpower anymore. That’s when a friend told me about Phentermine. So I went and bought it. Since then I have been able to follow my food plan without any cravings, and I have a tremendous amount of energy which has me exercising the way I did years ago!”

Phentermine.com What is the deciding factor that made you decide to change your lifestyle? |
Jenna I saw myself on video and before I could see the face, I was wondering who that was. When I realized it was ME, I cried. |
Phentermine.com What was the most difficult adjustment to your new lifestyle? |
Jenna Dressing differently… I never used to dress the way I do now. I wore BIG t shirts down to my knees and layers of clothes to hide my belly. Now I tuck in blouses, wear HEELS, and low neck-lines! I sometimes forget that I’m not that big anymore. And it shocks me when I see my reflection unexpectedly. |
Phentermine.com What is the most rewarding part of your new lifestyle? |
Jenna I have so much energy. I can play basketball with my kids… roll around on the floor with the baby, I feel sexy… that’s a new feeling too. I never felt that before. I have a newly found sense of self. I am confident. It’s amazing. |
Phentermine.com Do you have any words of advice for the Phentermine.com community? |
Jenna Don’t give up if you have a small set back. They happen. It didn’t take one day or one week for you to get where you are… it won’t take one day or one week to get where you want to be either. It’s a process and a journey. Be good to yourself and make your rewards be attainable… and not related to food. |

“Ok, so here’s my story…
I had just moved to a new town, there was absolutely NOTHING to do. I would sit at home and eat tremendous amounts of food/cookies/junk while watching tv. Then one day I saw a commercial about health. I went to my doctor, and he said that I was a risk. At such a young age of 19, I was weighing in at 320+ pounds. This news got me more depressed each time I went in, which drove me to eat. One day out of the blue, I told myself I would not drink soda or any kind of fatty drink or high carbonated drink for 1 month! I suceeded to find out I lost 15 POUNDS! In ONE MONTH! Just from not drinking soda! Incredible, it drove me to start slowly and exercise. I eventually gave up ALL fast foods for that month, and what do you know? Another 20 Pounds OFF! JUST FROM EATING RIGHT! I was starting to get more and more impressed with myself. My whole family started seeing my weight loss in my face mostly, and my stomach (Boy, it was huge, look at the pictures!). I then realized that I should go to a nutrition centre and see what I can find to help cure or speed up my metabolism so that I could lose weight faster, or atleast supress my apetite, because my stomach was rumbling tremendously! Yes, most of the time I tried a lot of brand products, the ones that were usually advertised on television. Hydroxycut, trimspa, all those…with little success, the only success was with Hydroxycut, but it made my body feel weird. So I stopped taking that. I needed something for me that would not mess around with my health/heart.
My mother has had hardships with weight as well. We ate because we liked the taste and she cooked so good that we ate big portions. So one month I decided to cut down my portions. And that helped as well. Though I was hungry as all hell, I knew this was probably the recommended intake of calories. Honestly, I would say that I was taking in around 2500-3500, sometimes more a day! TOTALLY UNHEALTHY! But they were BAD CALORIES, cookies, snacks, anything that tasted good that I could get my hands on, home baked cakes, etc…
I started slowly with exercise – I would walk on the treadmill in the gym, for about an hour a day. I was not timing milage at this point, I was just estimating how much I could walk per day, and how much my body could take….
After a couple weeks of a strict diet, and walking an hour a day for 6 days, the pounds started melting off me. But I’m just like everyone else, I want to see the flat stomach in less than a month…. (wasn’t going to happen). I did take some turns and road blocks and discouragements, however, I found a picture of me right before I graduated high school and I put it up on the mirror and compared my smile. MY GOD, there wasnt as much fat on my face as I had before! What a motivator! So I kept that picture nice and close to my side, reminding me of how far I had come already and not to let it go! With only about 100 Pounds to go, I was more than determined to push myself. I had already lost 35-40 pounds, I wasn’t going to let it escape that easily.
I had no idea my mother was on phentermine and she was losing weight a bit faster than me, even though I’m young – it just didn’t seem fair. So she told me what she was using and yes, she had tried all sorts of diets as well – she went from trimspa to natural pills, to all sorts of uncountable things, not to mention we can probably open up a protein bar shop in my house because we have so many of them (those don’t help much either).
When she explained to me what she was using, I thought I’d give it a shot from her bottle. Before I decided to do anything, I checked here on this phentermine.com site to see what the MG limits were and it was similar to what she was taking. I decided to take a week of it. My gosh it helped soooo much….the weight was melting off me, gave me more energy than ever, and it didnt feel like I was on crack or anything: it was a more calm, subtle feeling, but full of energy! I got to a point where I lost enough weight to set myself on a low carb/high protein diet because I was so young! As a result, I noticed that I wasn’t that hungry, but when I ate, i dropped even more weight – you need fuel to feed your body, and when that’s fed my gosh, look out! Anyway, I decided to go to the gym 6 days a week, and promising myself either walking/jogging/ or even running 20 miles a week. With time to spare, in 8-9 months, I was down to where I wanted to be…..
I WENT FROM A SIZE 46-48 MEN’S WAIST, DOWN TO A SIZE 32-36! WITH MEDIUM OR LARGE SHIRT SIZES! I WAS IMPRESSED!
The reaction of my family was awe as I showed off my new body. Being able to do/walk more often and longer, my blood pressure was normal and my fat percentage dropped from 30-40% all the way down to 16%! I was so happy and felt so great! My high school friends DID NOT recognize me, and people treat you differently as well….
But remember one thing, you knew how it was to be fat and once you lose all your weight, you look at the world in a different way. Watching others react to obese people, mostly in disgust….I have come to realize that it doesn’t matter what is on the outside, it’s what’s on the inside that counts, and just because you are a bit overweight, or obese doesn’t mean you are nothing. I have an even bigger heart now than I did before.
To get back on track, I feel a lot more accomplished and feel like I can do anything in life after accomplishing over 120 pounds of weight loss!
Thanks to the support this site has given to many and to me, many thanks!”

Phentermine.com What is the deciding factor that made you decide to change your lifestyle? |
Brandon My health – at my age, I didn’t want to die earlier than I had to especially if I just took care of my body. |
Phentermine.com What was the most difficult adjustment to your new lifestyle? |
Brandon The most difficult adjustment would be my flabby skin. I wish I would have done crunches, and more stomach toning while losing the weight to help contract the skin back together! Also food, my mind still needed to catch up with my body, I would put a lot on my plate but wouldn’t eat it. I would want/crave more sweets than my body can take, it takes time, and practice, but once it’s achieved, it’s full steam ahead! |
Phentermine.com What is the most rewarding part of your new lifestyle? |
Brandon Reactions, being able to do outdoor sports, walk long walks, and not have to worry about people staring, in disgust. Getting compliments on how good I look opposed to the disgusted looks. |
Phentermine.com Do you have any words of advice for the Phentermine.com community? |
Brandon Once you start, go full steam ahead and grab something for your motivation. For me it was my picture from start. What’s it going to be for you? |
